Persconferentie Be SpectACTive! over participatie in de podiumkunsten

Je programmatie in handen geven van burgers wordt stilaan een trend in het Vlaamse podiumlandschap. Het Cera impulstraject Curatorenprogramma van 30CC, Artforum/Urban Woorden en de Leuvense buurtwerkingen zet erop in. Maar ook kunstencentrum BUDA in Kortrijk is helemaal mee met hun geëngageerde 'SpectACTors'. BUDA is partner in het Creative Europe project BeSpectACTive, dat ondermeer inzet op participatief programmeren.

Op donderdag 13 februari 2020 organiseren de projectpartners in het ABC huis in Brussel een internationale persconferentie waarmee ze een debat op gang willen brengen rond participatie en actief engagement in de podiumkunsten.

De persconferentie eindigt met een open debat, gemodereerd door Mieke Dumont, en bevat reflecties van Bart Rogé, directeur Demos (BE), Kris Rutten van het Departement Sociale Agogiek van de Universiteit Gent (BE) en Asa Richardsdóttir, Secretaris Generaal IETM (BE).
